At work there’s a focus on career development where we have a talent profile that’s basically an internal LinkedIn profile. As part of this process, I started to take a deep dive into my career and what I really wanted next. What that path looks like is clear as I know I’m a builder. What’s next for me professionally will likely be leading a division, a new product, a new solution you get the idea. So, I decided to do a deep dive into my full career re-doing my resume and LinkedIn profile which made me realize that I have done a lot professionally with great success. In a nutshell I have been in roles that I excel in. So I started to think would traveling the world be an option at this point in my life?
